Here is another incarnation of my character. I used Adobe photoshop to create the cell shaded look. The created a grid of geomtric shapes in Adobe illustrator. I then imported the illustrator file into photoshop. I used nested masking for her clothes, so parts of the geometric shapes would be cut off. I wanted to give it a textile look.

The character was originally done in a sketch book that I scanned in. The drawing was traced over using Painter and a wacom tablet.
